Renting is cost-effective as you’re able to simplify financial planning with fixed monthly costs. The cost of your building will depend on size, customisation, rental duration and any additional features.
There is no obligation to purchase at the end of the rental period, however a purchase option can be negotiated if necessary. At the end of the rental period McAvoy will remove the building and repurpose the structure for its next use, and your site will be restored to its original condition.
Absolutely! Renting a modular building doesn’t mean compromising on finishes or fit-out options. You have the same level of customisation as you would if purchasing the building. Your dedicated support team will guide you through the available options to ensure the space meets your exact needs.
If a change of use is required, we can reconfigure our buildings to ensure maximum use of the space. If you have restricted space or need to recover the space at a later date, rented buildings can easily be relocated or removed.
McAvoy will take care of all maintenance during the rental period, ensuring the facility delivers optimum performance and taking away the burden of managing maintenance contractors.
If you need your building onsite longer than 28 days, planning permission will be required. McAvoy can assist and manage the application process if required. Our buildings are manufactured to exceed current building regulation requirements.
